All orders are shipped by USPS priority mail or first-class mail, depending on the weight of the package. You will be given a tracking number.
LOST PACKAGES: THE ITEMS I OFFER ARE CUSTOM MADE, THEREFORE, I CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR MISSING PACKAGES.
If you experience any issues with the shipping of your order, you will need to contact your local post office or USPS. If your package is lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim with USPS. Please contact us right away so we can help you get started with the process!
